Non-physical and non-local Living

When I say I work in the subtle realms, and the non-physical and non-local realities, some wonder what I mean. I’d like to elaborate a little more about how I experience these realities, which are just as real as the computer I’m typing on. It feels useful to share because so many children experience reality in unique, expanded ways and, while there is far more openness to the non-physical now, there is still room for improvement! Additionally, many adults are newly opening or expanding into these ways of being, and we are in an accelerated and pivotal time on this beautiful planet where these ways of being are a requirement for a new reality, so holding back is not useful, to say the least.

Subtle sensing is an acute awareness of subtle energies, which can be experienced in any or all of the sensory channels. I’ve always picked up on things other people didn’t notice. As a child, I didn’t understand and would get frustrated that people would take certain actions, not knowing that they didn’t sense all of the energetic information and factors in connection with all else that was present, and couldn’t see the most likely way it would all come together as I could. I felt things intensely, and navigated quietly and awkwardly, not understanding the rules I was expected to behave within.

When I was a kid, I had a hard time in all the subjects in school because the sets of rules and systems made no sense to me. People seemed to thrive within these constructs that created great anxiety for me. I was dyslexic, but more than that, I simply gathered information and came to the most likely conclusions in very different ways. I remember playing with a kaleidoscope and trying to replicate a specific pattern by paying close attention to the exact factors required physically, combined with the factors in the subtle energy Field. I played with the clouds to try to create new shapes telepathically. I understood patterns and could simply know what to do in certain circumstances without my brain understanding the steps. I could sense earthbound spirits, could know that a storm was coming and its strength before it arrived. I also knew I was not going to understand things the same ways other people seemed to. It was unsettling and stressful. Of course in hindsight, it all makes total sense! I was experiencing reality in ways that were uncommon and misunderstood and feared. Growing up, my brain was mostly used for one purpose: to memorize categorizations, information, and rule sets so I could be more safe, have less anxiety, and try to fit in better. I got exemplary grades, but only because I was memorizing. It wasn’t until university that I began to blend memorization, understanding, and creation. I was in a fine arts program, requiring many linear studies in addition to studio classes, where I thrived and began to express my intuitive knowing with paint, metal, fibers, and photographs. I got into a rhythm of building physical objects from the intuitive creation spaces.

Beyond subtle sensing, and a close relationship with the non-physical world (which always informs the physical and vice versa), an ability to access, receive information and frequency from, and to change current reality or at least the most likely outcomes by bringing together many “sites/locations” and frequencies of conscious information from spaces that are not located within the body, nor within the construct of time, is what I consider to be non-local reality. Non-local realities exist at the same “time” as our perceived physical and emotional reality, and again, one informs the other as all is connected. These are the spaces shamans work in—in the quantum ways, where all potentials exist.

Let me be clear: this work requires courageous inner work. From both the person desiring or in process of transformation, as well as the facilitator supporting transformation. If one is accessing multidimensional spaces while fragmented, unaware, and unhealed, or through substances, all information received and utilized may also be unhealed, fragmented, disconnected, unaware, and potentially harmful. One must be able to be incredibly honest with oneself and not be seduced by the bliss experiences. One can get trapped in addictive cycles of experience that seem real but are not in wholeness. One can become lost in non-local spaces, totally disconnected from our local reality (right here, right now, in the body, on Earth).

We now have additional tools that weren’t widely available in my childhood! Instead of relying on creating a false identity structure through memorization, categorization, and contorting oneself into the expected norms, we understand more about how the nervous system functions and we are creating new norms. We can support the felt sense of safety (the foundation for any transformation) by offering what the nervous system needs. It’s why I also completed a 3 year Somatic Experiencing program in order to support a felt sense of stable, more resilient, and safe(er) foundations. It’s highly practical and highly effective, particularly when one has had traumatic events or chronic stress, and, let’s face it, the stresses in our country and our world are escalating. Being able to build resilience into the nervous system is the best foundation to begin with right now. Combined with non-physical and non-local energy healing work, it’s incredibly expansive and addresses all levels of a person’s being, including the spirit.

The practical applications in relation with the non-physical and non-local energetic ways create more expanded possibilities. I learned the hard way, through my own healing journey. It’s the reason I can speak to any of this. I see and receive information in what I call the connection spaces, able to access numerous non-local spaces at the same time I’m in local space physically, without separating from myself, without substances, while fully conscious (not in trance state, though that’s how it began). These are ways of Light, energy, and living Flows of information whereby quantum potentials and multidimensional ways are brought into relation with the current, physical lived reality right here, right now.

As I’ve continued to work with my nervous system along with embodying higher frequencies and Ways of being, all continues to expand. This is both special and not special, as all humans have this capacity, though most are not yet functioning in this way. It is innate, yet requires choice along with specific steps in awareness and a participation in the process. It’s not a magic wand kind of thing. It requires courage and continuous inner work.

Whether you have a child who is extraordinary (beyond ordinary and not fitting into the accepted modes of learning or behaving or who isn’t meeting the accepted norms of benchmarks for success or growth) or you yourself are experiencing things that are “weird”, or have not been within your accepted belief structure of reality, have heart. We are in fast change times, requiring new ways of being in order to transcend the ways we’ve all been accustomed to which lead to pain and suffering of persons and planet. Some souls are choosing this accelerated, non-physical transformative evolutionary (ascending) experience. These non-physical energetic realities (in relation with physical reality) are the current ways forward. And you have it all within.
