This is a question I’m being asked more often. It’s both simple and complex. If one only believes in the physical, material reality then what I write about, talk about, and experience may be hard to believe. That’s okay. If it resonates and is helpful, great. If not, let it go. There is never one way to the truth and my way may not be your way.
We all have a physical heart, with pulsing vital functions for the physical body. We also have an energetic (heart chakra) and multidimensional (high or Sacred) heart. The Heart Star is the term that came in for me in 2016 when I spontaneously became clairvoyant, clairaudient, and claircognizant and began being a conscious conduit/channel, recreating my energy with higher frequency Ways, receiving information and healing from higher realms. I was already clairsentient and partially clairvoyant, though I had not understood nor cultivated and refined either. That cultivation process followed as well.
At first, I didn’t understand why it was being called the Heart Star, but I saw clear inner visions showing me the crystalline nature and the layers of access. There are also many layers to the meaning. The term Heart Star was/is sometimes used interchangeably with Sacred Heart, Infinite Heart, and Kryst/Christ/Crystalline Heart. Essentially, it refers to an open heart, the high Heart, awakened to the higher self/divine nature within—one with Source.
This nature can expand to be multidimensionally experienced, informing all parts of lived experience in physical reality. However, it is not a magic trick. One of my unique qualities is to be able to activate/light the seeds of the divine nature within. After which it still takes a tremendous amount of intentional, ethical, challenging, sometimes very messy and eye opening neutral observance followed by consistent participation and responsible change of one’s entire way of conditioned and wounded being. It takes devoted dedication to transformation and transmutation (inner alchemy) within, which contributes to heart based transformation more collectively, along with the potential for transcendence. And a consistent practice of compassionate humility is ideal as well. Humor helps. :) This is what many call the ascension process. I like the phrase my spirit guides used with me: conscious evolutionary expansion, which refers to our conscious participation in our own evolution as a sovereign human, as a soul, and as a divine essence.
The Heart Star (the Infinite, Crystalline/Krystalline Heart) is the multidimensional heart, the energetic space whereby one can experience zero point and organic Source Creation within. It is the space within space where spirit and matter meet—the intersecting space—that opens into new dimensions of lived experience. The local and non local, the energetic and the physical. This Heart Star, once fully operational and cultivated and personally known, connects and allows for the Infinite to be experienced in the finite, first infrequently, then sustained. It’s the primary space of transformation and creation. The divine and the human aspect become one. It connects flows between all systems and dimensions and is the hub whereby all information is received and emitted. One can become a pure channel/conduit, a transducer and emitter and experiencer rather than only a receiver. One can become a conscious co-creator across realms. This Heart Star “hub” is a connector space, an orientation point, and a gateway to the “extra”sensory and an expanded sense of lived reality, WHILE IN THE BODY, and if done properly, FROM the body, not while out floating around, fragmented. This space can come into resonance, relation, and co-creation with our Sun and the higher dimensional realms of our beautiful planet, Gaia, in addition to accessing ways of knowing far beyond. Heart based ways become the norm. One is led by intuitive inner wisdom (embodied over time with inner experience rather than by learning in the conditioned ways of reading materials, etc), by a way of knowing that’s hard to articulate. It’s a practice and a process. Even if it all opens instantaneously, one has to learn how to navigate and integrate and bring usefulness and ethical expression to all of the new experiences. It’s a lot, which is why it doesn’t usually occur all at once.
There are many practices and processes to support sober conducive conditions for cultivation and activation of the High Heart complex/the Heart Star/the Sacred Heart, yet only you can choose to enter onto or expand or accelerate a path of conscious awareness that will lead you home to yourself and your divine, multidimensional, Heart-based/Heart Star nature. And it can be grounded in the here and now, by starting with awareness of this potential within.
