Geomagnetic Storms & Nervous System Awareness in the Ascension Process

Last week we were in the midst of strong geomagnetic storms which produced gorgeous auroras in some parts of the world! While I haven't seen any where I live, I've felt the vibrational influx of dancing light. On SpaceWeather.com, scientists were writing about how the magnetosphere was vibrating. Yes! As are we. And more so with the shifts in, on, and around our planet. And more is accelerated during these amplifications.

These times are beautiful opportunities to open more inward, to allow the light and the vibrational shifts from a space of conscious choice, and to be present with it when possible in order to have more direct experience. And my goodness, if only to be with the beauty of the dancing light! 

You may notice that the nervous system also attempts to attune to, calibrate, and integrate the new dancing light! While many may be accustomed to considering the nervous system because of a desire to experience more capacity, flexibility, and calm/ease, the nervous system is also one of the pathways new levels of light travel through and integrate with. It is one of the organic living systems in connection with and sensitive to the ways of frequency and light. The vibratory quality of this process might be interpreted as anxiousness/jittery/frazzled, especially if one's nervous system is already highly sensitive. Additionally, the vibration might bring some things to the surface for release/transformation and awareness, which can offer new response possibilities. So, receiving somatic and/or energetic support is highly useful to learn skills (or practice those you already know) and to allow for a softening which opens the pathways for more comfort. It all goes together. Or it may simply be felt as a blissy, almost dissolving kind of vibratory oneness with the cosmos sensation, or something in between. There is a spectrum of unique experience like all things. I bring this forward in order for there to be another possible interpretation of a vibrate-y quality within and the opportunity to explore new experience of the process. As always, you know your experience better than anyone. Get help when you need it.

Geomagnetic storms can be supportive for the awakening and transformation process as they contribute to the lifting of limitation (assuming there isn't an intense gripping to old ways) and to the unveiling of the infinitude within while also supporting the bodily processes. With all that said, the main way is not through external means. Tune. In.
