Cultivate arc is for those who have completed the Initiate Inner Alchemy Arc who wan to begin cultivating their gifts and resources. This arc focuses on the re-union of Spirit and matter in relation to physical presence. It supports moving into more autonomous connection within, while expanding into planting and growing (grounding) that which you’ve already integrated from Initiate; Sense and Soma.

Beginning Arc Ceremony and Intention (First Session Awareness + Form for Reflection)

Prompts for clarifying the areas of transformation you’d like to plant. Honoring of the creation aspect of the arc and the Inner Alchemy arc of transformation that opens more as the awareness and focus is cultivated in a year long rhythm.

Monthly Field Notes Form with Prompts for Reflection and Tuning into Inner Guidance

There will be an optional monthly Field Notes Form, possibly with prompts to reflect and journal about what is present in the Field, with what is being experienced in the present moment. This practice has the potential to support self stewardship moving forward.

Nervous System Support

Continued practices learned in former arcs will be woven throughout sessions to support further “re-patterning” and expansion of capacity and flexibility in the highly sensitive nervous system, which takes time.

Frequency Field Immersion™

Full 24 hours held in a pure Frequency Field. These Quantum Crystalline Fields are potent and condensed. They support coherence, expansion, healing, alignment, flow, and integration, to say the least. One each season.

A Seasonal/Quarterly Assessment of the Field (we will pencil in the dates in order for one session to include this Focus Field)

Check ins—conversation and prompts for assessing the condition of the Field and what might be best to further nurture for highest potential with regard to intentions for growth (selecting, planting, fertilizing, resting, harvesting, sharing).

Optional Sessions Focused solely on Creative Expression and Inner Guidance/Healing

These expressive arts sessions can focus on Initiatic Art or Guided Drawing (guided by your inner wisdom) for healing trauma (using haptic perception, somatic intelligence, and inner knowing rather than story) and trusting inner guidance through the process. These types of sessions are ideal for building inner resources, regulating the nervous system, and healing stored traumas that have been challenging to approach or heal in other ways. Tailored to current needs and desire.

Completion Arc Ceremony and Intention for Integration and Next Phase

Our last session in this arc will focus on integration—remembrance of what has been experienced and created, with review of monthly Field Notes in order to access deeper awareness of lived history which informs the next phase and the intentions for adjustments for the next season.
