INNER ALCHEMY ARC™
INNER ALCHEMY AND COSMIC CONNECTION ASCENSION ARC
for Everyday Magic™ and Ascension
This arc offering is not just an extended package of typical sessions with bonuses. Regular 1:1 sessions offer foundational tools to practice outside of sessions for empowered understanding, while also providing all of the healing support. This arc begins with foundations and continues to weave them into sessions, yet this is a true co-creation, whereby transcendence and autonomous practice for oneself is more possible. This is a specialty offering most aligned for those already conscious they’re on an awakened/conscious path, who sense they are here to reconnect with higher realm/cosmic knowing, and who are willing to be accountable for what they are creating. This is especially beneficial for those who have new kinds of movements/sounds/creative impulses/”extra”sensory experiences that might be a unique, personal, cosmic wisdom beginning to express. I have extensive, direct, lived experience of such wonders, and it’s part of my purpose to support others who are opening to reconnecting into new ways of being here. While incredibly beautiful, living truly multidimensionally can also be very challenging and requires new navigational skills.
Do you want to:
experience more wellness
live from the primary organic ascension timeline
get to know and understand the ways your body and soul are communicating with you?
live from your highest, most connected energetic embodied cosmic presence?

enliven your galactic nature as a bridge to connection with higher presence?
express from the fullness of who you truly are, with body, mind, soul, and Infinite Essence unified?
understand and have tools to be with your emotions and create a resilient nervous system, and experience them in relation to your most alive highest wisdom?

have a greater felt experience of your Star/galactic/cosmic Nature?
have mastery-level presence and skills, including great attunement to subtle energies and intuitive knowing?
gain clarity with regard to what’s most alive in you and wanting more expression?
accelerate the path of your personal organic ascension and collective ascension?
learn more about telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance from felt experience?
begin to prioritize time for your inner connection rather than having all of your high functioning energy channeled for everyone else?
If there’s a strong yes to any of the above questions, this unique 1:1 private, tailored-to-you offering is a sacred catalyst and safe container for exploration, practice, understanding, and process, and can be a coherent Field within which you will get to know yourself and show up for yourself in very connected and expanded ways, over time, consistently, through an arc of experience. We co-create in titrated ways, setting the foundation with stabilization and nervous system understanding, honoring where you’re at, ensuring all is integrateable along the way, at the pace of your unique system, body, and your Spirit in collaboration with the Oneness/Source.
A 12 Month Embodied Light Leadership Journey in Co-creation in the Quantum Field for a Meaningful Arc of Mastery
Healing, Learning, Practicing, Integrating, Embodying, Creating and Leading anew—with your Body Intelligence, HeartStar Intelligence, and Infinite Essence for reclamation of inner authority and reUnion with your uniquely divine gifts—your divine nature as a conduit. All at your own pace, honoring the rhythms of your nervous system, in co-creation with divine timing and divine will. For more freedom from pain, more peace, more embodied Light, and a greater ability to experience everyday magic and serve in new ways.
All work is trauma informed transcending into primarily Source informed. All sessions include continued guidance and support for nervous system flexibility for the highly sensitive nervous system, the body intelligence, and the Spirit wisdom—Somatic Experiencing, SE Touch, Multidimensional Energy Healing, Creative Expression, Sound Healing, and Life Coaching within a coherent Cosmic Solar Crystalline/Christed Field of LoveLight Intelligence for both local and non local resonance, presence, and Inner Alchemy—the transcendent Union of spirit and matter within, supporting spiritual mastery for Light Leaders, healing practitioners, and Modern Mystics.
While there will definitely be crossover between arc emphases phases, we will have intentions for the arc to begin with, depending on nervous system flexibility and physical capacity for comfortable integration. This emphasis on arc intentions creates new potentials for growth, transformation, transmutation, tranfiguration, and transcendence within the arc. This alone can establish a new or more defined trajectory for magic.
Phase 1:
Seed and Sow - Sense and Soma
Learning and integrating strong foundations. Open to additional dimensional potentials as you open to the ways of the luminous human and the immense intelligence within while healing that which is active in your Field.
Foundations: Transformation focus on the body intelligence, tools for more awareness, nervous system foundations for resilience, foundations of energetic boundaries, foundations of discernment, for stabilization.
Exploration of any innate gifts like Light language movements that may be beginning to emerge in relation with mind, emotional landscape, and gaining capacity and flexibility for more ease and a sense of more freedom, hope, connection to one’s unique infinite essence, and autonomy.
Additionally and as appropriate in collaboration with the nervous system, I will offer life coaching and mentoring pertinent to current intentions/goals, supporting getting more comfortable with stillness/spaciousness, introduction to and expansion of the Heart Star space, the energy body, and activating the multidimensional possibilities within. I create and hold the living space as we co-create in the Quantum Field. All while continuing to stabilize, ground, integrate, and embody.
There will be a slow acclimatization to the Beauty in the mystery. And the ways of intelligence beyond the mind.
Sessions will be a combination of healing, awareness, nervous system information and flexibility training specific to your system, Light activations, and coaching and mentoring for fundamentals of wellness and intuitive/multidimensional development.
Phase 2:
Cultivate, Plant and Grow - Energy (Spirit) and Matter
Continue to cultivate, expand, and plant tools and practices while expanding more multidimensionally in the Ways of Spirit/Energy within.
Further develop and enhance practices for presence and stillness, discernment and inner knowing, energetic boundaries and maintenance, and extrasensory faculties - all that is required for deepening into the growth of the seeds sown in the initiate phase.
All while continuing to allow for waves of release of that which has been held tightly for a long while (healing). This process naturally leads to an unwinding and more settling/comfort and ease in the body.
What do you want in your garden? How will you tend to it to ensure a thriving, interrelated, sustainable ecosystem in harmony. There will be an expansion into the Heart Star space within, and a greater understanding of what it is and how navigation changes as this opens more. I create and hold the living space as we co-create in the Quantum Field.
Focus in this arc phase is on the energetic body/Spirit intelligence in relation with the physical body. A Union begins to take place within as we continue with discernment principles of body and energy while practicing presence (BEing).
This is a very important phase most people will spend a lot of time in. This is where one gets to know their own ways of knowing and builds trust in order to go within and trust guidance from your own wisdom rather than relying on external sources. Cultivation never ends as we continue growing. However, this stable foundation of self trust and inner knowing is invaluable for all that expands after that.
Phase 3:
INTEGRATE & CREATE - Sacred Body, Sacred Spirit, Sacred Life Flow - Creatorship in Harmony, Self Stewardship, and Grounded Luminous Leadership in Integrity and Reciprocity
Continued discernment principles and practice, continued emotional landscape awareness, continued deepening of nervous system awareness for greater capacity and flexibility, and practice of Presence. There will also be a deepening into practicing intuitive knowing within first, before turning to the mind, other people, or spirit guides.
There will be an expansion from talking about the Heart Star space to experiencing and understanding from a felt sense and a greater knowing.
In this phase, there will be an additional optional focus of supporting flow with spirit guides or highest aspect of Self and establishing more trust and resonance in the process. Another optional focus of private mentoring will be offered for those who are desiring to serve or lead or to change the way they are already doing so. You will be met where you are at and will have support to deepen explorations of alignment of service with innate knowing.
For example, rather than choosing from a selection of seeds that other people grow for bountiful harvests that aren’t suited to the regional landscape and weather patterns of where you are located, we will explore the potentials for creation and implementation with the innate gifts, rhythms, and conditions present within you—the native seeds that will germinate and flourish with more ease for a thriving garden authentically unique and suited to you and your inner landscape.
At the beginning of each arc we will talk about the preferred focus areas we will maintain in the Field for the entirety of the arc.
In addition to two, 120 minute sessions per month, you’ll receive:
Beginning Arc Ceremony and Intention (First Session Awareness + Form for Reflection)
Prompts for clarifying the areas of transformation you’d like to plant. Honoring of the creation aspect of the arc and the Inner Alchemy arc of transformation that opens more as the awareness and focus is cultivated in a year long rhythm.
Monthly Field Notes Form with Prompts for Reflection and Tuning into Inner Guidance
There will be an optional monthly Field Notes Form, possibly with prompts to reflect and journal about what is present in the Field, with what is being experienced in the present moment. This practice has the potential to support self stewardship moving forward.
Nervous System Support
Continued practices for understanding your system will be woven throughout sessions to support further “re-patterning” and expansion of capacity and flexibility in the highly sensitive nervous system, which takes time and awareness.
Frequency Field Immersion™
Full 24 hours held in a pure Frequency Field. These Quantum Crystalline Fields are potent. They support coherence, expansion, healing, alignment, flow, and integration, to say the least. One each season. Invaluable.
Flower Essence Therapy
Blends created specifically for you and what you are moving through, opening to, integrating, and creating. Available seasonally (one per quarter/season). Flower essence can be highly useful and transformative supports as we are in process of unifying spirit and matter. They are especially helpful with emotional release and old things surfacing for transformation. If interested, inquire and we can plan for shipping (within the US) each season as we tune into Field notes. Included in the Arc exchange.
A Seasonal/Quarterly Assessment of the Field (we will pencil in the dates in order for one session to include this Focus Field)
Check ins—conversation and prompts for assessing the condition of the Field and what might be best to further nurture for highest potential with regard to intentions for growth (selecting, planting, fertilizing, resting, harvesting, sharing).
Optional Sessions Focused solely on Creative Expression and Inner Guidance/Healing
These expressive arts sessions are focused on Initiatic Art Therapy® for becoming more acquainted with your inner wisdom and infinite essence through creativity practices (using haptic and extra sensory perception, somatic intelligence, and inner knowing rather than story) and trusting inner guidance. The process is intuitive and in collaboration and dialogue with the intelligence of the body, and wisdom of the soul/energetic essence, trusting inner knowing through purely creative expression. These types of sessions are ideal for building and becoming conscious of inner resources, regulating the nervous system, and engaging with healing in a new way. Tailored to current needs and desire. Creative expression and flow allow new pathways for connection and conscious awareness to thrive.
Optional Private Retreat in Sedona
3 Day (5 hours each day) private, personalized retreat which includes time communing with the land multidimensionally, practicing Presence, guided meditations, creative expression (you will create & take home an Initiatic Art object), hands on healing session, flower essence therapy with native desert flowers, and sound healing. The flow will also have spaciousness to allow for spontaneous Transmissions and Portal Presence. The schedule will be set yet you can elect from a list of options at the time of scheduling. Can be penciled in at the beginning of the arc. This option requires an additional investment which does not include travel or lodging. It does include a meeting space for our time together, along with any supplies required for Initiatic Art and journaling.
Completion Arc Ceremony and Intention for Integration and Next Phase
Our last session in this arc will focus on integration—remembrance of what has been experienced and created, with review of monthly Field Notes in order to access deeper awareness of lived history which informs the next phase and the intentions for adjustments for the next season.
