Energetic, physiological, psychobiological, and emotional wellness are one. It is in the re-connection and restoration of the reciprocal flow of innate intelligence between them, supported by nervous system settling, in frequency coherence, that a sense of centered resilience, greater capacity, and embodied conscious intuitive presence can begin to be accessed. Body, mind, spirit healing potentials (innate wholeness) are illuminated and integrated, and empowered transformation—inner alchemy—follows.
Sustainable capacity and resilience is achieved through steps of inner alchemy. It’s my passion to be a guide and compassionate support for the steps to creating nourishing conditions for accessing infinite potentials in this process of transformation into more peace, enjoyment of life, wellness, creative connection, and multidimensional living.
Welcome! I’m Amala, an intuitive conduit, somatic healing touch practitioner, biofield quantum energy healer, and sound alchemist grounded on this gorgeous planet in heart based resonance. I support sensitive clients in the healing process and the spiritual awakening process from an energy field, nervous system, spirit, and body oriented perspective to renegotiate trauma and stress responses, to bring the holistic being into coherence, and to connect with, trust, and express from their inner wisdom. I am devoted to this work and to supporting people in coming home to themselves in an embodied way. It was my own initiations of healing through severe chronic illness, pain, trauma, grief, and a shattering of my former illusory truths that I opened and awakened more fully to the infinite ways within. It is a true honor and joy to help support people on their unique healing and spiritual awakening journeys.
