Sacred Sound Fields™ are more than group sound baths and relaxing soundscapes. They are that. Yet these are also more. An energetic Field is created with vibrational healing sound frequencies, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, and all of the energetic multidimensional support in the Field, as well as what each individual brings to the Field with their inner wisdom. An expansive, resonant, Heart coherence Field of pure potentiality is held and carried within sound waves, which are built and sustained, allowing for deep relaxation and access to new levels of healing possibilities as well as expansion on many levels. The space of inner resourcing and stillness while in a calm state is where deep healing can begin and a connection with Spirit expands. Literally change your vibration.

*We will be together in the Field energetically, as all connects with sound waves. Please be in a space where you won’t be disturbed, can lay down comfortably, and use earbuds/headphones or otherwise adapt to your system for more connection with the frequencies and an honoring of your sensitivities. If you’d like additional comfort, please make adjustments as needed (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc).

While it still isn’t as delicious as being in person, Zoom sound capacities have increased to a point where I think this is beneficial again. What you can expect regardless of how the auditory canals interpret the sounds: a felt sense of something, high frequencies, sound waves, possible heart coherence, light code activations for the energetic body, support for the nervous system and somatic body, and a rich experience where the energetic and physical bodies of you meet.
