So many are moving through big changes and challenge. Many are also reporting having new shifts in higher awareness. I'm holding space for all of the variations of experience during these amplified times.
I go to nature frequently, even if it's just for a short while, as nature already knows much we as a collective of humanity are only beginning to understand about resilience and additional ways of communication.
I talk with life, and it talks back, though typically in a different way one might anticipate. I was talking with the dragonflies and a raven while taking a photo of a few of my crystals in the sun. I accidentally got the edge of my thumb in the best photo, which would have had the Sun and the crystals and the creek. But I didn't delete it. I zoomed in. And saw light around my thumb. And around the grains of crystalline sand!
In inner vision, I see colors like this in people's energy, except it's typically far more illuminated, saturated, and has an architectural flow to it. And it's different depending on many factors. But it's great fun when the condensed energy that we are, and the energy of all life in many dimensions, shows up somehow in the physical, with eyes open. Sometimes changing focus, even for just a few moments, can help shift perspective and ground something new in the present moment.
