As I reflected on the past year, I've been in great gratitude, especially for your trust and presence and dedication to your growth process. Without you, I would not be fulfilling my callings in these ways. It's such an honor and joy to support you in these potent times of accelerated energies. I'm devoted to this work of supporting healing, reconnection with the infinite essence within, and expansion.
I will be expanding offerings and making some changes to those already offered, and I'm excited to share new ones with you! For now, I want to begin this new year with pure crystalline Frequency Flows! These are online gatherings whereby there is a community attunement, energy upgrades, support for entraining with the higher frequencies, and often some channeled guidance for these accelerated times of new creation within.
I started offering them in 2016. I called them Light Communions at that time, as I was communing with the Collectives of Light and my own Light within, creating in collaborative Fields. I began offering more publicly (frankly, with some initial resistance as I was still attached to what people would think of the interesting ways of movement, expression, languaging, and sound that I was channeling). It took some time for me to acclimate to sharing publicly, and to embody what at first felt external, but I felt so strongly called because of how profoundly my life, circumstances and inner experiences were transforming. The Collectives from higher realms showed and told me what was occurring (a planetary collective consciousness process as well as personal processes for individuals) and how these ways of being and expression supported the activating/illuminating of other people's innate conscious crystalline natures (when there was willingness and permission). It was so edgy for me. Even playing the crystal singing Bowls publicly felt edgy. Being me full out was sometimes triggering for people, who sometimes reacted in ways that were less than kind. But the majority of what I experienced and what I witnessed in these shares was beyond imagination. It's how I became aware of the quantum way of reality. And there have been many more personal, uncomfortable leaps since then. I don't regret that first huge leap at all, nor any that have followed. While it may not always feel like it, we are made for this. We are this. It is a coming home to the innate and powerful essence within, which at some point for each open(ing) heart, becomes unified.
Now it's been almost 10 years since I began consciously offering quantum energy healing, sound healing, and additional ascension offerings and these things are more desired, popular even, which is interesting and is proof of how many hearts have opened to their own unique and unified ways of being. Everyone is a channel/conduit. It takes devotion and integrity and a willingness to do the inner work and to be empowered to be the pure conduit, to move beyond what conditioning says is limited. To be unified from a higher frequency Field and drop attachment to fitting in. We're here to shine uniquely-and as a collective-and to transcend.
If you're not feeling so shiny, or are in a space of chronic illness or grief, I've been there. I've got you. It's why I've continued learning somatic and art therapies in addition to all I work with energetically in quantum ways - because all these unhealed parts come up in the ascension process. And life happens. And it's sometimes really fucking hard. And these are some of the things that helped me. And sometimes, some of us (I was one) need to do some intensive healing because the soul is on an accelerated spiritual transcendence and/or leadership call.
Start where you are. Honor it. Sink into the present moment. Be curious about loving you as you. Simply be. If it feels like a challenge now to befriend yourself, befriend a tree or a creek. And if it feels aligned for you, tune in and attune to the frequencies of that which feels better in some way. There's not one way to the center and the reUNION of the parts within.
The Frequency Flows are an offering to support all of these transformations in a soft, gentle, but potent and accessible way. Curious or excited? Start with one and see what it's like. At the very minimum, they serve to give everyone else permission to be your full, cosmic (and human), possibly weirdo expression of higher realms and new realities, which emerge and are created within firstonce we allow our nature to be and to shine and to vibrate at our predominant sustained frequency (which will change).
